Bu koşullar Valify iOS uygulamasını kullanırken geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Valify'ı App Store'dan indirdiğin için uygulamanın lisansı Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne tabidir. Bu sayfa o sözleşmeye ek olarak Valify'a özgü kuralları anlatır. Verilerini nasıl işlediğimizi Gizlilik Politikası'nda bulabilirsin.

Valify ne değildir

Valify bir sağlık ya da terapi uygulaması değildir; kişisel farkındalık ve alışkanlık geliştirme aracıdır. Tıbbi, psikolojik ya da profesyonel danışmanlığın yerini tutmaz. Kendini kötü hissediyorsan ya da acil bir durumdaysan bir uzmana ya da acil yardım hattına (Türkiye'de 112) başvur.

Yapay zekâ özellikleri

AI Koç, Gerçek Değerini Bul, Değer Bağlama ve Değer Çarkı analizi yanıtlarını yapay zekâ üretir. Bu yanıtlar hatalı, eksik ya da sana uymayan şeyler içerebilir; kararlarını yalnızca onlara dayandırma. Herkesin bu özellikleri rahatça kullanabilmesi için makul kullanım sınırları uygularız.

Hesabın

• Hesap açarken doğru bir e-posta adresi kullanmalısın.
• Hesabının ve şifrenin güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
• Valify 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
• Hesabını istediğin an uygulama içinden silebilirsin: Profil → Hesabı Sil.

Premium abonelik

• Premium aylık ya da yıllık, kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Güncel fiyat satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
• Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple Kimliği hesabından alınır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse kendiliğinden yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
• Ücretsiz deneme sunulursa, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmediğinde abonelik ücretli olarak başlar.
• Aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin. Valify hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; onu App Store'dan ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
• Ödemeyi Apple aldığı için iade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Canlı webinarlar Premium'a dahildir. Tarihleri uygulamada duyurulur ve değişebilir.

İçeriğin

Uygulamaya yazdığın notlar, cevaplar ve mesajlar senindir. Onları yalnızca Valify'ı sana sunmak için işleriz. Verilerinin bir kopyasını Profil → Verilerimi İndir'den alabilirsin.

Kullanım kuralları

Valify'ı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:

• Yasalara aykırı ya da başkalarına zarar verecek şekilde kullanmak
• Uygulamanın ya da sunucularının çalışmasını bozmaya çalışmak
• Yapay zekâ özelliklerini otomatik araçlarla ya da kötüye kullanmak
• Başkasının hesabına izinsiz girmek

Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

Hizmetin değişmesi

Valify'ı geliştirmeye devam ediyoruz; özellikleri değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz. Hizmetin her zaman kesintisiz ve hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz.

Sorumluluk

Valify "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal hakları kısıtlamaz.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu, yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının sana tanıdığı zorunlu hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildiririz.

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Valify iOS app. By using the app you agree to them.

Because you download Valify from the App Store, your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement. This page adds the rules that are specific to Valify. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

What Valify is not

Valify is not a health or therapy app; it is a tool for personal awareness and habit building. It does not replace medical, psychological or other professional advice. If you are struggling or in an emergency, please contact a professional or your local emergency number.

AI features

Responses in AI Coach, Find Your True Values, Value Linking and Value Wheel analysis are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or not right for you; do not base your decisions on them alone. We apply reasonable usage limits so everyone can use these features comfortably.

Your account

• Use a valid email address when you create your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• Valify is not directed at children under 13.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time: Profile → Delete Account.

Premium subscription

• Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. The current price is shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting your Valify account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it in the App Store as well.
• Apple processes payments, so refund requests go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Live webinars are included in Premium. Dates are announced in the app and may change. Webinars are held in Turkish.

Your content

The notes, answers and messages you write in the app belong to you. We process them only to provide Valify to you. You can get a copy of your data under Profile → Download My Data.

Acceptable use

When using Valify you agree not to:

• Use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others
• Try to disrupt the app or its servers
• Use the AI features through automated tools or abuse them
• Access someone else's account without permission

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Valify and may change, add or remove features. We cannot guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Valify is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not remove any mandatory rights the consumer laws of your country give you.

Changes

If we update these terms we will change the date on this page. For significant changes we will notify you in the app.
